Summer Celebration Sprint event - Level 3 (License #TBA)

We are delighted to invite you to this Level 3 Open Meet hosted at Braywick Leisure Centre in Maidenhead.

This event is aimed at Club Swimmers in accordance with Swim England Open Meet Licensing Guidelines Level 3 and Swim England safe competition Guidelines.

Competing Categories: Swimmers will be required to swim in one of two groups, Female or Open/Male swimmers. Please ensure entries follow relevant Swim England policy.

Entry Information

Entries will open at 9am on Monday 11 May 2024. The Closing Date for entries is Midnight on Sunday 23 June 2024. Entries will be accepted on a first come-first served basis. The promoter reserves the right to bring forward the closing date once the maximum number of entries is reached.

  • Age groups are 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 & over
  • Ages are as at midnight 7 July 2024
  • Swimmers must be 9 years of age (or older) on 7 July 2024
  • Swimmers must be or have applied to be registered with the Swim England and may only enter events in their own age group.
  • Upper and lower qualifying times apply for this meet. This is a first come first served meet.
  • There will be a ‘Skins Finals” - after session 2. The top 10 ranked swimmers in each entry category of the 100m Medley event -Age Band 1: 12/ under. Age Band 2: 13 &over will be invited. Full conditions of the “Skins Finals” are published on MASC club website events page.

Awards

  • All events will be ‘heat declared winner’. Awards will be made to the top three placed swimmers in each age group as per point 1 above. 
  • Presentations will not be made.  Awards should be collected from the awards table.

Withdrawals 

Withdrawals to be submitted via this form Once an entry has been accepted, a competitor shall swim or give notice of withdrawal. Notice of withdrawals from a club should be given  before 17:00 on Saturday, 6 July 2024.
